Alumon White Matt ADD is a white matt finishing agent for aluminum and aluminum alloys. It is totally different from old alkaline etching and it gives very good surface touch feeling with beautiful milky-white appearance by white matt finish of aluminum and aluminum alloy surfaces. Alumon White Matt ADD will add additional values to various aluminum products at low cost.

CHARACTERISTICS

• It eliminates the fine groove and any traces of roll on the aluminum and aluminum alloy surfaces.
• It enables to obtain the beautiful and uniform milk-white surface from the simple dipping treatment.
• There is no occurrence of the pungent mist or harmful gas.
• The stability of the bath solution is high, and it is always possible to obtain the constant milk-white finishing surface during working.

USE

• Various aluminum products like construction chassis, electronics parts, front panel of A/V set, heat emission panel, picture frame, camera, and home interior, mobile phone, decoration items, etc.

INSTRUCTION

• Concentration: Alumon White Matt ADD 100-150g/ℓ
• Temperature: 40℃ - 70℃
• Dipping time: 30- 160 sec.ℓ

User can diversify the working condition according to required appearance of surface. In general, at high temperature with long dipping time, it gives more milky-white and can easily eliminate the fine groove and any roll traces on the surfaces.
