Aluminium chemical polishing solution have been used by mixing brightener, gas supressor, etc together with Phoephoric acid as main chemical base. Super Bright #501ADD is an excellent liquid brightener for chemical polishing which has very good stability and glossiness. It can be used simply by adding into Phosphoric acid(85%).

How to use

• Phosphoric acid 85% : 30kg
• Super Bright #501ADD : 2L
• Sulfuric acid (H2SO4 95%) : 4L
• Nitric acid (HNO3 68%) : 2L
• Temp : 95℃ ~ 110℃

Cautions

For the first make-up, 2 ~ 3% of AlPO4 can be a help for better glossiness.
